Wholesale Account Manager, Sales and Customer Service in Denver, CO

Executive Level and below them everyone else.

If any executive level manager personally dislikes you for any reason, best start looking for the next job. They hold grudges and have cliques, if you’re not in then your out. So political and emotional, at least one person cries a day, small company poorly managed. Getting more and more corporate and cold hearted trying to figure out a way to make their employees feel valued and stay happy, hint- fire management and hire some quality people with feelings and professional skills. A 90% deaf, easily angered Sales Manager are you kidding? Anyway work here if you are a liberal, a drug user, an angry person, or need a job until you find the next one because they do NOT promote from within.

Terrible experience

I was excited at first to come on board. This place turned into an absolute nightmare. They also are COVID-19 deniers depsite some employees coming down with COVID-19, so if you want COVID-19, go work in their office or production facility.

It’s a good job unless you don’t drink the punch…

I really believed in this company and saw the vision to create an amazing company in the cannabis industry. Unfortunately the owner is a conspiracy theorist and will do anything to push his beliefs on you. His instagram page is truth_society. The executive team also was willing to put everyones health in danger at the cost of them making money during COVID-19. They tried to force a no mask policy for instance, when the state required it. The HR manager left because of the executive teams greed and unwillingness to care about taking care of their people. As such the VP has been also standing HR manager for almost 6 months with refusal to hire another HR manager. What a conflict of interest. If an employee speaks out at all for their safety, they will just fire you. If you are upset about current conditions and try to find a solution, they will fire you. They say they want to only hire leaders but really they just want to underpay people, extract their experience and make employees do so much more than what they were hired to do without any pay incentive. They also preach lies about wanting to develop people when in reality they could care less about anything else but money. Truly the executive team is just a bunch of immature white boys in a boys club with refusal to diversify. Nuleaf Naturals used to have an amazing culture which was stripped of the company to become more corporate. They make false claims to green wash their company and will lie to get what they want. They also like to rub their insurance package in peoples faces to say they are supporting employees when the insurance doesn’t actually pay for anything. They refuse to communicate effectively or really at all and will blatantly ignore lower positioned employees. So if you want to join a cult that seems good on the outside, know what happens on the inside. The one positive side is that the rest of the employees are amazing human beings that believe in the power of Cannabis and supporting each other. Unfortunately the executive team has been blinded by money and no longer believes in actually helping people. They just want to control people to get what they want. What a shame.

How do you feel about the future of NuLeaf Naturals?

November 3, 2020

If they can actually grow instead of pretending to then they can grab more market share and lead the Industry but the main things holding them back is a bad culture due to hiring the wrong people including friends of the meanest employees and thinking small. They could grow the Marketing Dept into more than just one old hip lady and one anti-social computer guy. IT dept has caused more problems than solutions.
